Launch Support

Comau Service offers launch support teams and supervision that can coordinate and assist in manufacturing system ramp-up from start up through full production volume.

Our launch support teams, which consist of experienced and skilled personnel, will provide expertise in equipment and product verification. These expert launch support personnel can identify the tasks required to maximize equipment efficiencies necessary to meet the required cycles times. This includes evaluating pneumatic/hydraulic sizing, equipment sequences, robotics, PLC programming in order to achieve the required streamlined results.

Our launch team also includes overall throughput specialists who can review MTTR and MTBF data and provide the necessary recommendations based on root cause analysis that achieve your throughput requirements.

Equipment Refurbishment

Established by customer request or based upon Comau Service assessment, we can implement tooling refurbishment plans with minimal production interruptions. Our diversified experience and resources in production systems provide confidence when critical installations and start-ups are required.
